Program Overview

Some seek career coaching because they’re stuck in a dead-end job that brings no meaning or purpose to their lives, while others are challenged by the demands of balancing their work lives with their personal lives. Some clients know exactly what they want to do with their lives, but need help finding and executing a plan to get there, while others have languished without a clear calling in life. Career coaching helps people with all of these concerns and more.

This program is designed for professionals who are willing to become a certified career coach.

This program has a wide-range of career models and theories with best practice and activities that will enable participants to master the essential career coaching skills for detailed analysis of coachee’s current career profile and their aspiration.

This program will help participants to work with leaders, organizations, professionals, students and educators in identifying the best role for an individual and facilitating the transition into the new career role.

After completed this program you will be able to coach on career change and fulfillment integration of building the foundations for a successful and supporting your coachee with a practical career action plan.

Dr. Aliaa El-Dardery

Dr. Aliaa El-Dardery is immensely passionate about optimizing the individuals’ careers and organizations competence, utilizing her 10-year experience in Strategic Planning Leadership, Training and Career Counseling. She is an accredited Associate Certified Coach from ICF.

Aliaa has provided more than five thousand hours of coaching & training adults, corporate & individuals, as well as undergraduates to make information-based career decisions, and perform better at workplace.

Currently, she delivers several training programs, including Training of Trainers (TOT), Coaching for Managers, and Career Planning for Undergraduates, as well as certifying other Career Coaches (on the American NCDA Curriculum) to expand the ripple effect.

  • Alumna of the Professional Fellowship by the U.S State Department, Human Resources Fellow Fall 2019.

  • Designed and delivered a signature-workshop on Career Coaching for middle managers.

  • Founder of RUBIX™ – a full-service digital agency, started as an integration of three departments within the marketing agency SCOPE.
