The No.1 way to arm yourself against the change in media of communication that has occurred worldwide is to embrace it, tight.
In the coaching field, Understanding technology is a non-runner today as your coaching career may not survive without it.
Today, people’s health is the priority, therefore, the clients who were resilient to booking online coaching sessions are now the ones resilient to booking face-to-face sessions.
The pandemic had taken us into a fast-track digital transformation so as a coach adaptation and flexibility here are key to success in this new phase in your coaching career.
For you as a coach, you should embrace virtuality and accentuate it to dream up and connect with further clients all over the world who need help during those tough times.

Coaching and social media has become the new best friends, as word of mouth is no longer your no.1 asset.
Regardless of which generation you belong to, social media is now to be embraced and has now become your not-so-secret-weapon to sustain the business, coaching business.
Before the pandemic, most of my clients were through referrals, however, during this year almost 70% of my clients were through social media who were mainly looking for online coaching sessions.
Most importantly, authenticity comes on top of the list when using social media as clients must feel the safety and the rapport with you through the screen. Therefore, social media must be used to maintain a strong and global bond with your existing clients and building new bridges with your new clients.
3. Coaching is a necessity, not a luxury
The attitude of marketing is very important in 2020, even long before the pandemic.
However, the way we reshape the coaching industry now is very important.
Many have tried to overcome so many challenges in 2020 due to the severe lockdown restrictions and have sought coaching for this. In the past, the majority of people had viewed coaching as luxurious service for the elite, however, when marketing it you must create a need for it to become a necessity as people in all spheres will recognize that they are facing obstacles and challenges which they may not be capable to face on their own and would need a coach for it.
On the other hand, emotional intelligence is key here when repositioning your marketing approach as you need to be sensitive to people’s needs during this sensitive time.
